Step 1
Connect the cap to any wires hanging from the spotlight hole with a wire tie through the handy rear facing hole
Step 2
Push the cap into the spotlight hole
Step 3
Apply two coats of plaster over the top of the spotlight cap
Step 4
Whilst the plaster remains wet, remove the spotlight cap using long nosed pliers inserted into the two front facing holes wiggling gently from side to side as you pull the cap free towards you.
Step 5
Cut the wire tie and remove the cap from the hanging wires
Step 6
Continue the plastering process as normal
Step 7
Wash the spotlight cap in water to ensure that it can be used again
